January, February and March Employees of the Month!

Wow! This New Year has flown by! We have been super busy over here at Wig Studio 1! I wanted to take a moment to recognize our Employees of the Month! 

In January, we had not one... not two... but THREE Employees of the Month!! Everyone was working hard and doing a fantastic job! In January, we recognized Elijah Lopez, Dana Rippey and Sammie Phan! 

Elijah is our Backorders Specialist. He sends out notifications when an item is on back order and provides alternative options to those needing their hair right away. Elijah has a heavy workload. He is positive and kind, and we are lucky to have him as a team member.

Dana is our Vendor Manager and processes orders everyday with the manufacturers. She recently worked with an app to help customize and streamline our order process. She even created a manual and has been very successful in using the app. Dana is consistently efficient and always goes the extra mile! Thank you Dana!

Sammie is our Shipping Manager in our Ridgefield, WA location. She works with returns each day and helps manage clearance inventory. Sammie brings a lot of humor to our shop each day, and she works hard to ensure any items added to our clearance collection are in excellent condition. Thank you so much Sammie!

In February, we selected Anna Lewis as our Employee of the Month! Anna goes above and beyond with every customer interaction. She provides each client with thorough and helpful responses to their questions, and she truly cares about their hair loss journey. I've had the pleasure of reviewing some of Anna's communications with our customers, and I was very impressed! We are grateful to you Anna!

Jodie Quick was selected for our March 2022 Employee of the Month. Jodie is fairly new to our team, but you wouldn't know it. She is so thorough in her replies to our customers. She shows professionalism and kindness in every interaction. Thank you Jodie for your continued effort to serve! 

Each Employee of the Month receives a bonus on their paycheck and a certificate. We are so proud of all of our employees, and it brings me joy to continue to acknowledge their individual contributions. 

Thank you to our entire team for all that you do! You make the hair loss journey a bit easier for all of us with your level of support and positivity. Thank you.
