We are thrilled to announce that we are expanding our Wig Studio 1 family and are now shipping worldwide! We are here to answer any questions you may have in regard to this new and exciting feature!
- Does Wig Studio 1 ship internationally?
- YES! Wig Studio 1 now offers international shipping to 280 countries! When visiting our website, your currency and information will automatically update based on your current location. Our system will collect all taxes and duties at checkout. Please allow approximately 10 business days for your order to be processed and a tracking number to be sent to the email on file. International orders will be shipped via DHL.
- When will my international order ship?
- Processing times can vary from 5-10 business days for all international orders. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information.
- Does Wig Studio 1 offer a package protection plan?
- Route Package Protection: Wig Studio 1 is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items. We offer Route as an added layer of protection for your order which ensures replacement for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. This optional package protection is offered at checkout for a small fee.

- What about shipping fees?
- Wig Studio1 does not offer free shipping on international orders. Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout before your order is finalized.
- How does Wig Studio 1 handle duties and Taxes?
- Any applicable fees will be calculated at checkout and collected as part of your final transaction.
- Will I need to sign for my international package upon delivery?
- Please note that orders over $500.00 in value may require a signature upon delivery.
- Will my shipping ever be delayed?
- Shipping delays may occur due to holidays, natural disasters, inclement weather, or carrier delays. Many holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when estimating shipping times.
- Will miscellaneous shipping fees ever occur?
- In the case that any shipments returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address or refusal upon delivery will incur a 25% restocking fee.
- Does Wig Studio 1 accept international returns?
- Our goal at Wig Studio 1 is to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase!
