This was a gift for a family member. She likes it but it is very curly ( like spiral curls not natural like the picture)and the shape/style is not the same. She feels like she can "work with it" to get it the way she wants. So overall she is happy.

Thank you for your review. Curl patterns will sometimes vary from piece to piece, as these curls are installed by hand in a processing of rolling. Some may be tighter than others. Since it is heat friendly, you can apply some heat to retrain the curls to be a bit more loose.
