We recommend washing your wig every 6-8 wears.
CLEANSING & CONDITIONING YOUR WIG

Before washing your wig or topper, gently remove any tangles with your wide tooth comb.

Hold wig or topper under cool running water. Then, gently lather the hair with a capful of shampoo specifically designed for synthetic hair, while making sure that the hair is traveling in the same direction. Do not rub hair as this may cause tangling

Rinse wig or topper thoroughly in cool water until the water runs clear

Wrap wig or hair piece in a towel and gently pat dry

Gently detangle hair using a conditioning spray specifically formulated for synthetic hair on the ends and a wide tooth comb. Keep the conditioner away from the base of the wig or topper.
DRYING & STYLING YOUR WIG

Allow your wig or topper to air dry naturally by placing it on a plastic or wire wig stand. Do not blow dry your synthetic wig.

To style, simply use your fingertips or wig brush/comb for your desired style.

Do not use any heat tools, such as curling irons, flat irons or blow dryers, to style your synthetic fiber wig or topper.
TIPS
-
Be cautious when standing near a heat source (i.e. open oven, heater, etc.) Excessive heat can damage the synthetic fiber of your wig or topper.

We recommend using a detangling spray and a wide tooth comb to detangle your synthetic wig. This is especially important with the mid-length to long length wigs.

Charlotte is light weight, feels great on and adds lots of volume with all the curls in the back. Worth the money in my opinion.
I was extremely disappointed .......It looked nothing like the photo on your website..You didn't mention in the description that it had been styled ...(obviously it had to have been ).....because it was very cute but it looked nothing like the one I ordered.........

She is so soft and I like to tuck behind my ears. I love all the curls in back
Sadly I had ordered this color in Frosted, which had a lot of curl. The new one in Silky Sand is pretty but not nearly as much curl. I will still keep it because it is a nice style. Just not consistent with the other one I returned. I love the color!

Thank you for your honest review.
Since all wigs are partially put together by hand, and the styles are rolled into curlers manually, there are sometimes variances in the curl patterns.
