This is a very pretty BelleTress style from the lux collection. I ordered Rich chocolate brown and when i took her out of the box the color did look a bit bright but just needed to shake her up to separate the fibers. I wouldn't say it's hightlighted. i have a couple of pieces from the city collection in Highlighted Dark Brown and that color has more i would say streaky highlights, this is more of bayalage over the dark brown, it's very striking. The hair is very soft and the handtied cap is very comfortable and fits me well on my smaller average head. The style is very versatile and i still need to play with her layering. Also like the above the shoulder length as it will not get too much friction with clothing. A lot bobs are tend to flop in my face but this one is very trainable i had her sit out clipped back after wetting the front and she's staying put but like that i can use some heat on her as well to mold the hair. I'm hoping i could try to get another style one day from this collection as i like how the cap fits.

I’m sorry to hear this one did not work out for you. With a face flopper, you can try spritzing the hair with water and pinning into place to dry. Also, with a heat-friendly style, such as this, you can apply some heat to retrain the hair to go where you'd like.
