Crazywiglady's Review of Elisha by Jon Renau in 14/26S10
With fall here at last I have been trying warmer shades and I think 14/26S10 is a beautiful fall color, this shade is better known as Shaded Pralines and Cream; I have always wanted to try this color and am so happy I finally had the opportunity to review it.
Elisha is a new 2018 release for Jon Renau and I think she is going to be very popular due to the beautiful fibers, style, cap construction and variety of colors available (around 34 different colors to choose from) and she is available in Petite! Elisha is a modern bob with shorter layers on top giving it tons of movement and a timeless style and shape. Elisha can be worn smooth for a more professional look or add a tad of styling cream to mess her up for more casual occasions or everyday looks. Elisha reminds me very much of Jon Renau Ignite but a bit longer. I have the average size and it fits somewhat snug, if you have a large amount of bio hair that you need to cover or a large head circumference this might be too small, I have very short bio hair and a head circumference of 21 1/4" and this fits snug (super comfortable).
The specs on Elisha are Bang 8, Crown 6, Sides 5 and a Nape of 1.5. The long 8" bangs can be swept off to the side or you could trim them if you wanted. I steamed the front of Elisha to get her "up and off my face", if the hair of a wig falls into my face it really bothers me, but with just a little steaming that issue is easily taken care of.
The photos above compare Shaded Pralines and Cream (14/26S10) to some other popular colors such as Shaded Praline, Shaded Sun and Butter Pecan. As the photos show Shaded Pralines and Cream is somewhat warmer than the others, making it perfect for fall! 14/26S10 is described as a warm honey blonde with butterscotch blonde highlights and light brown roots. The highlights are my favorite part of this wig, I love how they light up in contrast to the warmer tones.
Next lets discuss the amazing cap construction on Elisha; in my opinion it doesn't get much better than this, a 100% hand tied smart lace front gives the hair line a totally natural look. Elisha features a 100% hand tied mono top, allowing for a natural appearance and parting options. The cap is beautiful, it is also 100% hand tied with a 100% hand tied stretch section as seen above (this allows for stretch in the cap area); there are closed felt ear tabs with stays and an extended felt nape with velcro adjusters. If you are looking for luxury in cap design this is it!
You can change your look from day to day by adding a hair accessory, a head band or clip can take you from day to night easily. If you are looking for a short bob with a modern flair Elisha just might be your new hair!

Crazywiglady's Review of Ellen Wille Flair Mono
Ellen Wille Flair Mono in Caramel Rooted is quickly becoming a favorite! The style of Flair Mono is a tousled look with soft textured layers and all over waves. The first time I put on Flair Mono I knew I was going to love this one for a very long time, the style, fit and comfort are exactly what I am looking for in a wig.
The cap is very well done on Flair Mono, this is the case with all Ellen Wille wigs. The cap has a 100% hand tied lace front, 100% mono top which allows for multiple parting options. Flair Mono is open wefted with closed felt ear tabs with metal stays. The specs for Flair Mono are Front 4, Crown 5.5, Sides 4 and a Nape of 3.
I reviewed Flair Mono is one of my favorite Ellen Wille colors, Caramel Rooted which is a blended shade of medium honey blonde, dark ash blonde and medium golden blonde with dark brown roots. Caramel Rooted is such a nice color going into the fall season, it has just enough warmth to make this a very interesting and believable color. At this time Flair Mono is only available in 13 shades, I wish Ellen Wille would expand their shade selections to offer more options.
The textured layers and tousled waves are so loose and free feeling in Flair Mono, you can just run your fingers through the fibers and go! As always the fibers on this wig are soft, silky and easy to manipulate.
The photos above show how this style looks with a head band, super easy and so cute; I think by just adding a simple hair band you can totally change the look of a wig, I love to make a wig more casual for a day of shopping by adding a fun colored hair band or pulling the hair off my face and securing with a clip, and why not show off the amazing hairline! Also, you can get even more texture by working a small amount of styling cream through the ends. You can also really "fluff" this one up and get lots of volume as there is plenty of hair to work with on this style. I hope you will consider Flair Mono to add to your collection of beautiful hair!
